thanks for watching!
comment "hooter i heardly know her" if ur reading this Śmieszne
Why do you talk so much like get to point already
it's a commentary channel, comment=talk, just in case you didn't know
@Mammal i wouldn’t call us “mentally challenged” if that’s alright, it comes off a little condescending, but apart from that good explanation! It’s just for neurodiverse people who may struggle with tone.
@Beretta.Geretta BWC man is fight for his life by saying “y’all sound gay” for like the 5th time and decided to add “I get girls”…. A literal 10 year old at a middle school lunch table lmao.
@harley i think tone indicators are useful /s /j
was just about to say that
So Jessica, a PERFECTLY qualified women gets fired for wearing a shirt, Meanwhile JIMBO gets off with a warning when he’s harassing his female employees?! Make it make sense.
At least you shared a good point off of ur copied comment
why is this copied literally word for word
@Bingus Yep. That's Capitalism.
It doesn’t make sense. Higher ups in companies can arbitrarily change a person’s life at a whim and often times for no reason. Jessica deserves better anyways but good god that was hard to watch
"There's no such thing as white, male privilege." - People who don't see a problem with how these two situations played out.
The fact that the CEO is calling the employees "girls" instead of "women" is a perfect example of why people think Hooters is degrading
@Matthew Montalvo a band but only with trumpets and saxophones
@TheGhost i’m not saying that they are forced. that isn’t the problem. the problem is that hooters EXIST, that the manager EXISTS. like establishments and ppl like that shouldn’t exist it’s disgusting and i’m talking mostly abt the manager, yh women aren’t forced but the man clearly thinks of women as objects and his way of thinking can lead him to do wierd shit on women (like catcall, harass, and just in general degrade them and objectify)
@U m no one is forcing the women to apply to that job,If you dont want to be degraded dont work there
It isn't like the women don't understand what hooters is before applying...
@Matthew Montalvo the fact that hooters exists is what is disgusting, the whole place is horrible and degrading to women
It's good to know Coby isn't a misogynist who degrades his employees. He's just a misogynist.
@NyNy Hill wha
@NyNy Hill huh
I'm going to fake like that made any sense 😀
"marcy respects her girls and her girls respect her" yeah thats what happens when you hire women to manage women
100% not a guarantee
Amen 🙌
Jessica was overqualified for bikinis and Dougler deserves his business closing for how he treated the women working for him
@King Vicious bro theyre talking about the restaurant chain did you even watch the video-
@King Vicious not a bikini, the bikini workplace
@Michelle Hall lol what . No woman is overqualified for a bikini, period.
@King Vicious Pride. Pride alone, would make alot of chicks over qualified. Having self-respect would drive a girl mad working in a "Handsy Uncle Rick Convention" everyday. Waitressing in general is not easy, but allowing yourself to be treated like these girls...just...feels like...sooo far away from "qualification" in any sense of the word.
They should give Bezos a wig and make him work in an Amazon warehouse. Only make him stay there for 5 years and give him the same treatment as the rest of his employees.
@yeet hiTTTer workers of the world unite!
Nah for the real experience you'd have to take away all of his money and pay him the same wage as one of his employees
And only rely off the wage the other warehouse workers do
agreed
I love the fact that they make fun of a girl for having “bad nails” when in the food industry (at least in the kitchen) you typically can’t have nail polish, long nails, or fake nails.
The fact that Jimbo got off with a warning but Jessica got *FIRED* fills me with an unbelievable amount of rage. Also what a goodamn creep buying his *employee* breast implants. 🤢
Guy who degrades his employees and makes them eat beans for his amusement: "You should say sorry to them."
Woman who does her job, but just doesn't _like_ the job: "You're fired".
Freaking CEO's being out of touch with reality. Gotta love that sexism.
The fact that the guy got to keep his job is EXACTLY why we think Hooters is degrading to women
@Zoe Melinda not really
You should try going to towing peaks. You’ll love it
I’m a teenage boy and I’m so glad my mother raised me not to take part in bs like that 💀 also that guy was creepy asf
@ordinary maybe cause they need a job to make rent and keep themselves fed. they probably apply to several places, but since hooters is basically limited to young women, the application pool is smaller, and it's easier to get hired there. asking why they'd apply to hooters if they didn't wanna wear the skimpy uniforms is like asking someone why they work the morning shift if they don't like getting up super early. most of us make concessions for our jobs.
Honestly, if I were the bikinis guy I would have given the accountant lady a job in accounting instead of firing her.
If he have had a good accountant his restaurants may still be in business.
Yeah, but the guy is misogynistic as hell so I'd rather him just not be a CEO.
@Ginger May Sadly, he can't even run his restaurant aka "a kitchen"
He’d never hire a woman to do a “complicated job like that”
Exactly! She deserved better and should NOT have been fired. That's literally so low. But hey, that's what happens when you have a complete idiot run a company.
The CEO of Great Wolf Lodge actually came to my location in Grapevine, TX for the show when I worked there. She was with the lifeguard department though so I never saw her.
Another one of the things that bugs me about this series is it's basically a big ol' fuck you to the hard working employees who didn't happen to interact with the bosses. How about you give your workers adequate wages and benefits instead of only being nice and giving prizes to the ones you meet on national television? 🤔
@Jenna Fox They don't require experience, so they train you after you get the job. I'm guessing it just depends on the employer.
Sorry they put a person who wasn’t a lifeguard as a guard? No cpr first aid expertise? No experience? Imagine if someone got hurt. They’d get so Sued
kurtis has a point cause i've never seen an attractive misogynist but every guy that i've seen respect women has always been extremely hot or good looking lmao
@S that's true, some hot guys are cocky as hell and tone def. most "attractive" guys i've seen are just like attractive in a generic sense... like abs, white, brunette, etc. but not in my own opinions lmao.
dang truth bombs emma im going to think about this...but consider how really really hot guys are often entitled to the point of being scary. Maybe they look better when respectful and uglier when shit and most guys are average looking? maybe idk.
Ok but the health code dictates that servers should have short nails so...she's actually doing her job.
The fact that ol' Jimbo was willing to be that creepy *in front of a bunch of cameras* makes me think that there was definitely worse stuff going on at that restaurant, and you just know that every skeevy hooters manager watched that episode and went "oh cool, I can sexually degrade women and get nothing but a slap on the wrist from the CEO, so I'm just gonna keep being an absolute stinking greasetrap of a human being."
@giddycadet either you're sheltered or your tolerance of it is a massive red flag. I'm hoping the former.
@rugboidanyone who whines about "sexism' against cis men needs to go see a therapist.
i hate sexism just as much as the next well-adjusted and sane person, but i think this is the first time i've been viscerally disgusted by it
@R G Yikes
@Savary from this guy’s other comments, it probably not
Pretty bold of a CEO to have a problem with their workers "doing it for the money" when their bottom line always comes down to "an obligation to the shareholders." If you want your employees to care about their jobs, stop pretending like they're doing it out of a generic love of labor and their work family, give them a seat at the table and a slice of the pie.
Poorly paid employee: I’m working for the money
Rich CEO: 😮
*This show: Hey we literally just went to a random one of your stores and found tons of exploitation, suggesting its like that for every store. The CEO is such a nice guy he gave 0.00001% of his wealth to some coworker as an excuse to ignore all the other problems.*
Dude, I was a zip guide for three years- which meant I literally got paid to go ziplining all day- and I still complained about my job. Every job, even if it's a great one, has its crappy bits. Bro wtf, who doesn't complain about their job?!
Cuz people will start spreading things and twist what you said. People, especially bosses, who act like you gotta be totally in love with your job and totally committed and can’t complain are terrifying. Everybody should be able to let off some frustration
obsessed with how they made the CEOs wear a disguise as if any of the employees would actually recognize their CEO
In some of the episodes the CEOs do get recognized.
@pvic does googles ceo do a lot of PR? cause that's why I know the other 2 but I've never seen the google ceo
@Madi they do what now? thats so gross of him.
idk a lot of corporate places will have training modules with company history and shit. A retail store I worked at would talk about the dude a lot. A lot of those places are named after the family who started it and, unsurprisingly, ceo was an inherited position
Same who knows who the ceo of the company you work for is unless it’s something big and famous like Tesla or Amazon
the relief I felt when I saw Marcee as a manager was unreal especially when I heard “marcee respects the girls and the girls respect her”
I'm actually pissed that Jessica got fired and the other dude just got a slap on the wrist.
Like I get that people don't like to talk about the double standards with gender, but goddamn. I feel like that's the worst of it I've seen in a good while.
I feel like this show would have been better if they'd structure it like "wife-swap" but as "job- swap" so the employees could see how the company is run
Every Wednesday, my employability skills class watches an episode of this show and one time we came across the ones mentioned in this video and we all decided to pretend it never happened
As an ex-Hooter’s girl, they definitely do line everyone up before the shift and check to make sure you’re “in uniform” basically tattoos covered, no nails or jewelry besides a wedding ring, mascara blush lips minimum, if you’re Black you have to either straighten your hair or wear a wig because they won’t let you wear it natural. If they think you gained weight, they can tell you to lose it or your job. They hire you as “entertainers” rather than servers and call themselves an image based company so they have the right to do all these things
That's on you bro your mistake
Wtf that's awful. How is this legal?
Wasabi bobby how many women have turned you down again? Cos you’ve got a lot of pent up anger buddy
@E M an old friend works at one now in MI, and from everything I’ve seen her post, none of the black girls ever wear their hair natural...despite that being equally as common as choosing to straighten your hair where I live. So idk man. Speaking from outside perspective tho
They tried so hard to make the Hooters CEO seem not to be a chauvinistic a-hole, when he was literally introduced making a line of scantily-clad women clap for him, while he walks past them.
My Dad left for some milk 20 years ago, and Kurtis, after saying those all of those things, he finally came home from his trip. Thank you 🙏🏻
I feel so bad for Jessica, she literally lost her job for wearing a shirt
Only in the USA would you find these restaurants. That says a lot.
The bosses don't need to be undercover. Who tf knows what their CEO looks like?
@CB no one
I remember in like 7th grade or so we watched this, it was bad.
One company I worked for I knew who the CEO was, but only by name, mostly bc half the company was named after his grandfather. Also it wasn't a huge company, just a regional grocery chain.
unless if you work at amazon or one of elons companies or youtube
@Catelyn H At my company the CEO's face is on most corporate emails, and our browsers are set to an internal homepage where his name and face at big at the top - and Id still be hard pressed to find 5 employees at my office that know his name or could spot him in a crowd.
Jimbo was genuinely surprised by not getting fired.
Jimbo and Doug remind me of my old boss. Got told by one of the other employees (male) that he’d been talking about me in a sexual way to them and his customers.
Fucking gross considering I was 18 and he was late 40s, married with teen daughters :/
I actually respect the CEO of the company I work for. He actually started on the position I'm in (tech support). He seems like he's super down to Earth, regularly makes jokes and stuff to everyone. And during every training class, he pulls everyone aside and gets to know the new hires, like what they want to do with the company or life in general. Cool dude. Every other company I've worked for has always had a CEO that is completely money hungry, motivated entirely by greed, laying off large groups of employees so he doesn't have to take a pay cut
I always love telling people to watch the Hooters ep. Every time he says “We don’t objectify women”, I laugh louder and longer than I have in years. 😂😂
So Jessica, a PERFECTLY qualified women gets fired for wearing a shirt, Meanwhile JIMBO gets off with a warning when he’s harassing his female employees?! Make it make sense.
@SAT4N we get it. You couldn't combat any of his points so you just try to distract by attempting to discredit him.
@Notreal he didn't force them though. Don't misrepresent the situation.
It's disgusting 🤢
@SAT4N I guess you could have that view If you don't actually read what I'm saying and not actually remove your emotions out of the equation. And I'm not sure how anything I just said there implied Ive never been financially unstable? How do you know I'm not right now? But that doesn't mean I let companies take me for a ride. Clearly you read none of my long post or can't relate to any of it and that's fine, but calling me sexist because I made the point of someone having agency for their own bodies and welfare has missed the mark by a long mile. Hooters is a business that promotes a woman's body, it's a fact that people celebrate and enjoy that type of sexualisation and clearly it's worked, humans are a resource that is used by a business, labour is what you're buying with your money, like nothing I've said is in any way sexist or personal from me. People like you are degrading the country, and I'm assuming that you've never found another human sexy or exchanged anything in turn for intimacy or the like right? No obviously not, clearly you have a partner and exchange in that sort of thing and that's no difference between me parting ways with money in order to have a body I subjectively like. 😂
@scott timbrell That's a pretty long way of saying you're sexist and have never struggled financially in your life.
I never went to hooters, figured it was a glorified strip club. Never had much respect for it but I gave it the benefit of the doubt for existing in the modern day.
Now, after that, no respect for Hooters. Absolutely disgusting CEO
honestly even though i still think jimbo should’ve been fired, imagine the CEO of a multi million dollar company that you work for tell you that your doing a horrible job, that’s a great punishment( even though he still should have been fired)
as a former twin peaks worker (basically hooters with a snow lodge theme) i can 100% say all the male managers are Jimbo & even some female managers. only managers who’ve worked on the floor as servers are similar to Marcy
@Hallo I have name yes
Isn’t twin peaks a show?
Sure, he just has to apologize for horrible treatment of employees, but I get fired for having to quarantine. Fuck Dollar General.
I don't know how Doug can get upset at Jess for not wearing a bikini top when he's not wearing one
It's called bikinis not shirts doug
Based on where he was looking 100% of the time, I'm pretty sure he was just upset he didn't have a better view.
Also what if it’s cold…?
Exactly
@Brenda Bird they’re agreeing with the comment and added the emoji to emphasise their annoyance
@Juni Chan are you like sarcastic or saying Doug is not smart
i wonder if kurtis ever laughs at his own jokes while writing them
If Jessica wasn’t supposed to wear that shirt then why did the shirt look like an employee shirt???
As an HVAC contractor, LOVED the pro duct joke 😂😂
I think every boss should already be doing this at least once. That way they have any understanding what is involved in running their business.
Should be for 3 months so they understand what it's like to work through the probationary period
WILD. Jessica is wearing a shirt with their logo on it, which is way safer in case of spills or working with chemicals in general. He fired her instead of her manager? Sick.
And there's a reason I've never eaten at a Hooters in my adult life.
I went to Hooters once when I was 12 and it was the defining moment that made me a feminist.
My mother is obsessed with this show because she thinks it shows that "the CEOs are human beings too"! (Guess what, she's a boomer)
Also, a fart has never sent me like that in my life and I can't, I'm actually cry-laughing.
kurtis has to be pissing his pants laughing when hes writing a script cuz honestly who wouldnt
Woman: *doesn’t let herself get objectified at her job*
Boss: Uh yea. You’re fired.
@aarron dias you don't go to a job and expect that even when its hooters any human being with half a braincell would speak out.
@Nate Box One thing I want to point out is even if they didn’t work at hooters they would still be objectified.
@Nate Box Not really considering that again you don’t know the area, the person, their education or anything about them really. People do what they have to do for money a lot of times.
I'm currently imagining Jimbo's murder in the most detailed way.
Gonna be honest-if the CEO of a chain restaurant I worked at walked in, without a disguise, I still wouldn't recognize them.
The CEO calling the women "Girls" your answer is right there.
Edit: Whelp, I'm not the only person to point that out.
This made me sick. My fear of, and discomfort around, men grows by the day. I have to genuinely remind myself there are guys like Kurtis who respect women and see them as human beings.
I am a Grammy Boomer, and a satisfied resident of Kurtistown. I never feel undervalued as a senior citizen in a town of bright young people. I will bake for all residents of Kurtistown, and fill each baked good with all the Grammy love I can conjure. I recommend the Kurtistown lifestyle to all of my friends.✌️
EDIT: I am just overwhelmed. Thank you all so much. I have been reading all of your comments, and I promise that you all have touched my heart. I have read comments that made me laugh, and I have read comments that made me cry, and I have read comments that broke my heart. I am sorry from the bottom of my heart that some of you have lost your own Grammys, whether due to passing away, or your grandparents have turned away from you because they refuse to accept you for who you are in your soul. I just want to give all of you a big old Grammy hug. 🤟
Now, as for baking, I think that chocolate chip cookies have been requested by the majority! So, I will make a big batch of those first. There are two types of people with regards to chocolate chip cookies. There are nutty people, and there are no-nut people. I will make both types, so as to accommodate everyone in town! As for pies, I can make any type of pie, and I make a kick-ass flaky pie crust, and a mean meringue!
Thank you again for all the love that you have sent my way. I love you too!💝💖💐🤟
P.S. I am sixty (still young enough), but in spite of all the lifetimes lived throughout my six decades, I am still 17 inside!
@Kira Zaman You are more than welcome, Kira! Hope you are doing well!✌️💖🍪
Aww thank you Grammy I wanna hug you❤️❤️❤️ this touched my heart❤️
@trev I love space too. It’s one of my favorite things to talk about with my grandboys!✌️💖
@trev I love you too!🍰✌️🍪🤟
@MegaGinia i most definitely will, granny !! i am so happy that i’m actually special to you, thank you so much for being you. you’ve truly given me a reason to be just a bit more kinder everyday. i love you very much. i can’t bake very well but i do love space so here’s a few stars. because you definitely are one !!! 💫🌟⭐️💫
My ADHD makes me not want to sit through things but your videos are so easy for me to watch without switching to a different one, love your content, Kurtis
As a guy named Jimbo, hooters Jimbo is a disgrace to Jimbos everywhere. There are dozens of us! DOZENS
Wait. So it isn't just used as a nickname?
This comment made me giggle real hard lmao
That was the first ever fart joke that made me laugh. Well done 👏
Glad to see the CEO participated in this but yet they still pay employees $2 an hour in 2021
They HWAT
The fact that people like Doug and Jimbo exists bothers me to my core.
@MiotaLee no
Dougler*
I'm starting to understand political lesbianism
@Katelyn Hilton I mean, at least as it appears, he never wanted the job in the first place. He's not very strict in areas he should be, like firing Jimbo.
Holy SHIT the reveal of the first CEO in his "disguise" was pretty funny but the second CEO's disguise DEMOLISHED ME
I remember binge watching this show at my grandparents' house when I was younger. This is nostalgic as hell.
As a grown adult, I shouldn’t have laughed that hard at the fart joke but man, we are out here living!
Bloody great video. I would love to see you do a sequel to this. I recently saw the Peavey episode and the whole thing had a massive controversy attached to it for reasons that become apparent as the episode goes on. I would love to see you rip it a new arsehole. Great work as always!
the thing that weirds me out it when he calls them “prima donna’s” like they’re minimum wage workers what makes you think they’re entitled? because they dress/look the way you require them to? because they’re women?
@LG that guy is just proving my comment lol
@Darade Faba lul. Now let’s see if you can logically explain how ppl calling out a weird degrading guy on his shit qualifies as being part of the “dead fathers club”, unless you’re actually just trying to mask your discontent with women not putting up with this dude with some response that doesn’t even remotely apply here.
Definitely incel thinking
They live in texas. I’m a server in Texas and the minimum wage is $2.13/ hr +tips.. but depending on tipsharing and if you had a good night or not you can literally leave with next to nothing.. It’s sad.
1:28 I love how it literally says a hospital CEO has to be able to oversee all surgeries and he still just ignores for the joke 😂
I remember seeing the "Hooters" episode. I was appalled in general, and never thought any kind of "Vegas-style, image is all that matters" thing deserved anything other than being burned to the ground, but hey... obviously, big businesses sell sex all the time. 🙄
The worst part is that I personally have an AWESOME product (a series of books), but because it's wholesome, insightful, and there's no sex and gratuitous pandering, it's not as if "Diamond Dragons" would ever be heralded over Hooters, lol. Friggin' weird that society works this way, but... it is what it is.
🐲✨🐲✨🐲✨
I watched this show a lot when I was younger and I was convinced that CEOs were like famous people that I had just never heard from f and that as an employee you had to know what your CEO looked like lol
Your jokes just get me everytime... God damn it 😂
Kurtis, you left out a part. The only reason she was in a tshirt instead of a bikini was because she didn’t want her grandmother seeing her on tv dressed like that.
@Lee Halloway not really.
@AlexTheFoxie The business tanked, the employees got laid off but the CEO still made a ton of money. So it really doesn't matter for him.
Can the company fire the CEO? That's like the least objectionable reason ever
Like you need a reason to object to taking your shirt off...
@yoshita nah he's right let's have him show his shaft to his grandma. I wonder how much more useful his Master's degree is than accounting? I'll wait...
@rugboid being on tv is not a part of her job though lmao. i dont think anybody in their right mind is going to be comfortable being dressed like that in front of their grandma even if they are comfortable being dressed like that otherwise
All these guys make me cringe. It's like a business pagent show to find the shittiest person ever.
Love your content Kurtis! I've been binging it. 😂
I love how the CEO acts surprised when people say his business is degrading to women. Like what?? Treating women like subhuman displays is degrading? Who knew?
Fun Fact: Jimbo from Hooters is actually a very small time actor who's been in many various roles. All terrible but, many.
I aspire to be the complete opposite of Doug and Jimbo when I grow up
Kurtis’ feminism is so refreshing. In a sea of misogynists, we have kurtis
@Jhon At buckle that is such a lie lol.
@Psychadelic Potato exactly my point. Abused women can get help abused men can’t
@Psychadelic Potato no they wouldn’t actually
@Avery your most likely a misandrist
The thing is is that there’s much more misandrist than misogynist
Kurtis, I know you’ll never see this and if you do you might not care but I just want to thank you so much for the hello fresh code. My best friend has been struggling so much with food stability and he doesn’t accept money from anybody so the fact that it’s free just gives me so much hope that he’ll be okay for a week or two. Thank you.
The stress of cancelling it can be a major stresser tho, like that's a cumbersome thing even when you're not struggling. A gift of a sub would be a really nice gift tho? I don't think gifting someone a free trial is a productive gift tbh, it's more of a white elephant/liability for them unless you put it on your own card. If he lapses that's hundreds of dollars he owes, if he can't buy groceries maybe go on a food run for him? It's actually cheaper than HF. Or you can sign him up for meals on wheels. Please do not treat premium convenience delivery services as free services I'd caution you it is a poverty trap, and if he struggles with getting basic food could lead him into debt. It's not worth the 3-6 free fridge meals he'll get.
The callbacks to your other videos makes me feel like it's an inside joke just for Kurtis town members 🥺 I love it
As someone who edits video, I just thought everyone should know the few seconds-long bit at 17:54 took the editor at least 30 minutes to do, if they're SPEEDY at their workflow.
It all feels so weird when they guy looks like he is so proud and showing off, whilst the women are just posing whilst looking disgusted in the eyes.
Gets me every time xD
The way Kurtis manages to reference Goat story in all his videos never fails to impress me
youtube asked me how i felt about this comment, i said it was excellent 💅
@kaatsuki I don’t think it is because it’s just a PLclip video link
& the Barbie movie 😂😂😂
It's a hidden talent of his
@m e l Nope. They're official yt links lol.
I actually had trouble watching this episode, I didn't realise there was a chance for so many creeps in positions of power.
Imagine showing up to work and there’s a new person accompanied by a camera crew, that’s a little suspicious
15:06 you can see the exact moment he pictured the scenario in his head and immediately regretted it
4:26 I didn’t even have to look at the screen but I heard “he founded it with six guys that look like this obviously” and the picture in my head was exactly them 😭
The issue with Hooters isn't the uniform itself. It's the fact that male executives decided they would only hire women if they would dress in a sexualized manner and subject themselves to being sexualized at work by both customers AND BOSSES (?) without protecting themselves. I think that's what that woman was getting at. It wasn't a bad take. It's a predatory business that perpetuates rape culture.
@Gamertag YoDz all the jobs that are hiring are clamoring for people because they're the industries that people are running away from because the working conditions are terrible... not sure what point we're trying to make there. Maybe we as a society should just like, idk, have higher standards for work?
100%
@chickenfoot well I guess we can back around this circle again.
They don’t have to work there. And some ppl don’t mind being sexualized or degraded. In fact some ppl enjoy
It. 😘
Jimbo is the kind of man to complain on Reddit, 4Chan and other chaotic forums about how he wished women talked to him and that 'all women are stuck up', etc then goes into work the next day and calls his employees products
The piss bit straight up felt like it coulda been out of Tim Robinson's "I think you should leave". Absolutely hilarious.
“These things always spawn every dad” my father is dead
What were you planning to do in law enforcement at 34 years old? Sounds like he slept in... at least a decade or so.
I remember watching that Undercover Boss. The funniest part is when he's in headquarters talking about how 'Hooters isn't about boobs, it's a family place' while sitting in front of a "bumps" sign.
the fact that hooters is a real company that exists and isn’t a fake bar in a david cage game is beyond me
@GP this legit be what i was saying and ive been getting chewed out haha.
You said it better though
@Lillie normal food chains arent sex positive and a restaurant like this could only hire 18+ because people would be walking around in sexy clothing.
Sex positive restuarants that are actually managed with respect euther dont or hardly exist.
@a bathtub what exactly is twin peaks, I’m from the south so I’ve only ever heard of hooters
@Quincy Grey lmao
@crying throwing up idk man
I actually really liked the landlord version of this (kinda), the landlord lives in their tenants houses/flats. They then improve the living situation which I loved,it was actually enjoyable.. god I’m old 😂
When I got a new manager at work one of the first things she asked me was "why do you like working here?" and I said "because you pay me". It was an honest answer and I explained that to her. Who would go find a job and work 5 days a week for 40 hours if they could be doing anything they want?
Those police jokes are dangerous to say on PLclip, but goddamn I agree.
Man, I was delighted to find videos that offered honestly "laugh out loud" funny viewings. Had just watched the Goat Tale ones, and then saw this and was laughing up to about 5:21.... So hey, thanks the previous vids and continued good luck with the rest.
The fact that the ceo doesn’t do anything when jimbo forces them to eat beans is disgusting and speaks volumes. Then he doesn’t fire him 😒
@Savannah S. I saw the show when it aired. I think or he was fired or after he new he was going to be on TV he just left. I remember because that guy was completely disgusting. But I may be wrong. Was many years ago.
Because it’s scripted.
😐 🤔
@AngelaMerici12 source? I'd love to read about it.
Coby reminds me of the type of guy who walks around calling out “beta” men
i worked at a few Hooters locations, and the management was so erratic that I can only think there's literally no oversite from corporate. I worked with this mediocre control freak like Jimbo who'd abuse his power so bad if you weren't a kiss ass he'd find a reason to fire you (right to work states are a joke) and the implication with the servers is really disturbing to think about if he'd fire perfectly good cooks for not being a groveling simp. it's almost like power over scantily clad women's autonomy is a bad idea.
Any time i’m high I try to watch a kurtis video. This is it. This has taken the cake. I am losing it at the farting part of the hooters girl having eaten almost an enitire plate of beans - she didnt get to go home
This was the first video I ever saw from ol' Kurtboy a few days after it first came out and it made me laugh so fucking much that I subscribed within the first 5 minutes without ever seeing any of his other content. And I am so very glad that I did because everything else he's done is just as funny. He's that talented. He then he went onto introduce me to some of my other absolute favorite creators who's content got me through a really rough patch in my life just like Kurtis' has. So this video will always hold such a special and dear place in my heart, as it was the gateway to so much awesome shit that has brought me immense joy. Thanks Kurtboy, I'll always be a proud citizen of Kurtistown! 🥰
I love how all these CEOs act all surprised when their employee isn’t eager to do a minimum wage customer service job. They should know 80% of people that take those jobs just need the money. I doubt they’d want to do it themselves.
Because they either grew up w money and didn’t have to work for a dime and got their daddy’s company handed to them (like the Hooters guy) or they worked minimum wage jobs when they were like 15 4827 yrs ago and forgot how terrible it was
When I grow up I wanna work at McDonald's
Imagine the job interview, so why do you want to work at Hooters
yeah like i doubt there are kids out there who are like : “oh yeah when i grow up i want to work at hooters”
